Hong Kong Wing Fung Home Furnishings Limited is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing reliable after-sales support.
We accept return or refund requests under reasonable circumstances, such as quality issues, damaged products, or incorrect items received. Customers must contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods to initiate a return request.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customized products are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a confirmed quality problem.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for returning the product. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take 5–15 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that shipping fees and customs duties (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our error (such as wrong or defective product).
